The room on the 10th floor offered an very nice view of Freedom Plaza and the Washington Monument, lovely. Staff members were courteous, with our room cleaned thoroughly every day and special touches like turndown service with chocolates. A good pizza from the on-site restaurant made for a nice meal. The resort fee was a bit unexpected, and it could be challenging to find parking nearby without added fees.

In overall, the place is luxurious, has especially welcoming and competent staff at my request to make a reserve for me in the spa. The units are high-class, brand-new with a view out to the mall. The location is magnificent and stunning, just a short walk away from Washington Monument...

missingWrote a review on 17 Novnoisy morningspoor water pressure
Had a bit of trouble with the noise, especially in the mornings. Not exactly what you'd want to wake up to when you're on vacation. The bathroom design, with that frosted glass door, wasn't great for privacy, and water pressure in the shower could've been stronger. Plus, I found the app they pushed for room service to be frustratingly unreliable, and it took ages to get anything sorted out over the phone. A nice touch would be better soundproofing between rooms.

Plentiful and delicious breakfast selection with a lovely friendly waitress. Magnificent location in the downtown area, so close to the museum, JW Marriott, and the square outside at night👍👍😃

Clean venue, food in the rooms, beautiful views of the city, close to leisure shops, restaurants. Despite this I give it a good score because it meets the most important requirements, rest is improving
We were 4 girls and they only gave us a small bottle of soap, a bottle of shampoo and a bottle of conditioner, these are things that you don't have to ask for, you have to put more directly because it is clear that it will not be enough for 4 people. The staff needs to smile a little and be more pleasant, we were in Philadelphia the night before and it had nothing to do with it (the staff) you can have it all but if your employees are not nice, you have nothing. The gym says it's 24H but the air conditioning is on full blast and at 12 pm the room is frozen, I had to go back to the room because the cold was unbearable, that's a mediocre service because in the end people can't enjoy it. In the pictures of the hotel it says that there is a swimming pool, so I called the reception to ask where it was and they told me that there is no swimming pool, I don't understand.

Recommend it for families with children
The staff was really helpful, went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The bar's cocktail menu was surprisingly good, made our evenings nice after a long day.
It wasn't cheap, but considering the location and service, I guess it's acceptable.
